6. Candidate Data Consent & Declaration
By registering and submitting your data, you agree to the following terms modeled on standard strict liability and DPDP norms:
I. Declaration of Accuracy: I/We hereby declare that all particulars and information given in the registration form (including KYC) are true, correct, and complete. I confirm that no material information has been withheld. I understand that false information may lead to termination of services.
II. Voluntary Submission & Verification: The Aadhaar/Proof of possession of Aadhaar and other IDs have been provided voluntarily by me/us. I authorize Tatedge.com to utilize this data to validate details with the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI), IIBF, or other registries to assess my eligibility.
III. Indemnity: I hereby agree and undertake to hold Tatedge.com, its officers, and Directors harmless and indemnified for any loss, damage, costs, or charges incurred due to the acceptance of my instructions or reliance on the documents I have provided.
IV. Rejection Rights: Tatedge.com reserves the absolute discretion to reject my application or terminate access without assigning any reason if compliance standards are not met. Tatedge.com shall not be liable for any costs or losses caused by such rejection.
